BALL HANDLING Player Development
- Over 100 one-ball dribbling drills, 227 two-ball dribbling drills, 37 three-ball dribbling drills, 11 four-ball dribbling drills, and many tennis ball drills.

PASSING Player Development
- Over 50 passing drills that can be completed individually (against a wall) or with a partner. Drills include two-ball passing, three-ball passing, four-ball passing, and even five-ball passing!

SHOOTING Player Development
- Over 200 shooting drills that allow players to shoot game shots at game speed. We also incorporate over 20 two-ball combination drills, which allow the players to work on two-ball dribbling, two-ball passing, and different footwork drills to get their shots off quick.

ONE-ON-ONE Player Development
- Over 100 drills that teach players how to beat their defender. We also incorporate drills to teach players how to read their defender’s feet, how to adjust to their defender and make counter moves, and how to use their body once they beat their defender.

FOOTWORK Player Development
- Many drills that range from basic squaring up to the basket drills to Kobe Bryant reverse seal footwork drills. We incorporate NBA players’ signature moves, along with teaching the players when to use each move by reading their defender.

TEACHING POINTS for Player Development
- This section allows us to cover drills outside our five main categories. These drills incorporate how to handle pressure, read screens, create their own shots, make quick decisions, and other drills that will make players more knowledgeable about the game.

Each Pure Sweat Basketball trainer has been certified by Pure Sweat Basketball, and has passed many precise guidelines to do so. Each trainer has tons of basketball experience, and has observed other Pure Sweat Basketball trainers, has been specifically trained to teach Pure Sweat Basketball’s intense, innovative player development program, has passed the basketball-specific skills test, and has been observed by Pure Sweat Basketball to certify that each player gets the full Pure Sweat Basketball experience that will help improve their skills and fundamentals that will make them successful at any level.
